Fonda 16.6 GTO inboard V8 Hamilton Jet Drive Jet Boat in Poole, Dorset for sale

Fonda 16.6 GTO, marinised Rover V8, original factory fitted coupled to a Hamilton jet drive. The engine starts and runs (with the drive disconnected to prevent ceramic bearing wear) The boat has not been used for many years. The engine sounds amazing. It's hard not to keep pressing the foot throttle to hear the roar of a V8. The exhausts are un-silenced with two exhaust just under the water line. The jet drive is all in working order. Inspection cover removed bearings and impeller in perfect order and all grease points greased with marine grease. The hull is in good condition although has the odd bit of damage, mainly around the deck area. The yellow gel coat / paint in starting to fade and patchy. Where stickers have been the hull colour has faded around. Most gauges work. Also has underwater lights on the transom. I'm confident that this boat would work if went straight in the water but ideally could do with a bit of love and attention first. I'd advise fuel tank and line clean, new fuel filters and engine service. And a cosmetic tidy. Trailer tows alright. Lost storage for the boat so has to go.
